Ian began his career in the financial services industry in 1992 and is a well regarded designer of index and product based investment strategies.  He has owned/co-owned and operated two registered investment advisory firms, and started and managed a 40-ACT currency mutual fund from 2009-2012. He is a current member and past president / chairman of NAAIM (National Association of Active Investment Managers) and AAPTA (American Association of Professional Technical Analysts).  He is a published author of the FOREX markets (Technical Analyst UK - publisher).  Ian regularly presents at industry events such as MTA, NAAIM, AAII, AAPTA, and ETF themed events.  Ian graduated from Austin College in 1985 with degrees in Business, Psychology, and Sociology.

Bill began his career in the financial services industry in 1986 with Fidelity Investments. He started out on the retail side and managed a team that serviced high net worth brokerage clients. He moved to the institutional side of the business in 1990 and worked with wire houses, independent broker dealers, large banks and registered investment advisors. In 1994, he made a career change and became a wholesaler for Fidelity. In 1997, he joined Rydex and ran the Midwest/ Southern sales region. After the death of the owner of Rydex he joined Profunds/ Proshares in 2006 as a regional wholesaler and eventually became their eastern regional vice president.  He left Profunds in 2014 and started his own independent distribution firm. He graduated from Winona State University with a Business and English degree in 1985. He also served his country in the U.S. Army as a military policeman.
